We are partnered with one of the world’s leading energy consulting firms, providing engineering solutions for solar, wind, and energy storage projects globally. Their US Wind team provides technical consulting and independent engineering services for wind developers, financial institutions, and investors, and they are seeing tremendous growth.
We have been asked to help them identify a Head of Offshore Wind that will be responsible for modernizing and expanding the company’s thriving Offshore Wind Advisory practice. You will oversee Offshore Wind business operations in North America by determining market opportunities, utilizing and fostering existing relationships with key Customers and establishing new ones, providing key market intelligence to assist in the development of services in accordance with local industry needs, and achieving business growth and profitability objectives.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or any related field to offshore wind success.
- 5 years experience in Offshore industry.
- Experience in expanding an offshore wind energy company.
- Outstanding network of contacts in the offshore wind energy sector.
- Ability to travel 20%.
Salary Range: $165-250K depending on experience + bonus opportunity.
